The Game does not require an account. We never ask for your name, email address, or phone number in order to play.

The following may be collected automatically: device identifiers and the advertising ID, device model, OS version and language, approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP address), in-game usage data such as completed levels and session length, and crash/performance diagnostics.

We do not collect sensitive data such as contacts, messages, photos, or payment details.

To run the Game and save your progress and levels.

To analyze usage and improve level design and gameplay.

To detect and fix crashes and to prevent fraud and abuse.

To serve in-game advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented.

The Game may use third-party services that collect data under their own privacy policies, including Google Play services, Google AdMob for advertising, and analytics and crash-reporting tools.

The Game may show ads to support development. Ad partners use your device advertising ID to deliver more relevant ads and measure their performance.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time from your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (on Android).

The Game is family-friendly and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians may email us to request deletion.

We do not sell your personal data.

Limited data may be shared with service providers (advertising, analytics, hosting) only as needed to operate the Game, or where required by law.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and the California CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent for personalized ads.

You can request deletion of data associated with your device by emailing Puzzle@ELYONKO.COM with the game name and your device type.

Uninstalling the Game also removes locally stored progress data from your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
